* General tidying of debian/rules:
- Remove handling of noopt option (dpkg-buildpackage sets CFLAGS).
- Remove remnants of nostrip option handling.
- Only pass --host to ./configure if HOST != BUILD, as is recommended.
- Remove redundant compiler and configure flags. |
