because the original program does not have a manual page.
Instead, it has documentation in the GNU Info format; see below.

\fBsftp-server\fP is a lshd subsystem program that is called by lshd to serve
sftp (secure ftp) clients. To enable sftp in your lshd server, run lshd with
the \fI\-\-subsystems=sftp=/usr/sbin/sftp\-server\fP flag.
